He isn't coaching from theory.
Kevvin grew up in a home that looked fine from the outside. It wasn't. By 15, a stepfather's abuse had gotten bad enough that he was left on the side of a highway in California, and a sheriff drove the family back to Oregon. He dropped out of school two weeks into his sophomore year and had his own apartment by 16, supporting himself completely.
By 18 he was using, and the years that followed took him through a trap house and a prison yard. He left the hospital the morning his daughter Zoey was born and went back to the streets. He was arrested.
That was the bottom. Everything since has been the rebuild.
A gas-powered bicycle got him to the gym and to community college, where he graduated with a 3.97 GPA in Business Management and won a business pitch competition. He tracked Zoey down in Arizona, brought her home, and earned full sole custody. He legally changed his last name to hers, to close the door on the cycle he grew up inside of.
Now 4+ years clean, Kevvin built REBUILT around the same thing that rebuilt him: the body as proof the rest of the work is real. Being someone your family can actually count on, whatever that family looks like, is the destination. That's what REBUILT is built to hand you too.
